ABOUT THE

BRAND

DESIGNERS

PROFILE

Tanwa was founded in 2016. The brand conveys a beautiful story about a designer couple with two different lifestyles. Ploy is a fashion designer driven by emotions with minimalistic taste for work, whereas Tann is a rational product designer who always adds a touch of humour and geniality to create a language of his own. The combination of lifestyles and taste of the couple moulded the character and conceptual ideas of the brand.

Tanwa is a design store that represents a cozy-industrial atmosphere while also offering products such as tableware, storages, home decorations, bags, clothes and many more. The brand stands for its eco-friendly features and attention to the delicate details. Tanwa offers a little gimmick and a story behind every product.

Tann Kamthornthip, a Bangkok based designer. Tan finished his B.A in Interior and Product design from Academia Italiana and Master in Italian Product design from Istituto Marangoni. The event led him to join the Internship Program at Cappellini, where he worked in the Design & Engineering Department.

Ploy Kamthornthip, a Bangkok based designer. Ploy graduated from Raffles International College with B.A. in Fashion design. With her strong passion for fashion, she decided to pursue her Master in Fashion Styling and Portfolio at Inistituto Marangoni.
